1. Is a communications matrix required in the portfolio? In past years only methods of communication were usually mentioned, however now we need a plan, cycle and matrix.
2. How do we need to include RACI in the communications slide as it is already explained and emphasised in the roles and responsibilities slide.

CLARIFICATION PROVIDED 02/02/2021

Project Management Guide is now updated to expand on the explanation of the Responsibility Assignment Matrix and include a reference to RACI. It has also been decided to remove the reference to RACI in the score card for Communications Strategy. Whilst the PMIEF do acknowledge this is an important part of the communications strategy it is better assessed as part of Roles and Responsibilities.
